Established in 1976, Jack King's is Winston-Salem's oldest privately owned bodybuilding, power lifting and olympic lifting gym. We've been home to many champions throughout the years. We're a community of enthusiasts for not only competitors, but everyone into fitness.
HOURS
Mon - Fri: 8am-8pm
Sat - Sun: 9am-3pm
Gym access available to members by door code.
